India have a couple of points to prove against Australia in cricket. We were just one step away from being crowned world champions of cricket when we
were stopped by the Aussies in the final. We're going to have to show them that we're ready to take them on again. Also, we have been brushed off as a team that can't win abroad, and definitely not in Australia. This too is about to be proved wrong by
us.
The Indian cricket team boasts of a super blend of experience and youth, with each and every player a match winner in his own right. However, while the team has the internal firepower to decimate the proud Australians, they need the support from the stands. That's where you come into the picture

December and the VB series one- dayers in January /

"I have long held the view that Australia is the best place in the world to watch cricket. The climate suits us being largely warm and dry (except Melbourne which can see four seasons in a day!), the grounds are beautiful (the Sydney Cricket Ground is my favourite cricket ground). There are lots of facilities, and the game is played at a very good pace. It is very easy to travel around, even vegetarians like me get along unless you are in a steakhouse and the passion for sport is unmistakable. If you can afford it, watching cricket in Australia won't let you down." |
