Terms
& Conditions
- The
Match Ticket issued by the Karnataka State Cricket
Association (KSCA) should be produced at the Gate and at
the entrance to the stand.
- KSCA
and XSports Bangalore are not liable for any damage or
injury
- No
refunds will be made under any circumstances
- The
Desimators Package is subject to all terms &
conditions of the sale of the match tickets made by the
KSCA.
- For
all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature, relating to
the Desimators Package for the Bangalore Test promoted
and marketed/co-ordinated by XSports Bangalore, the
courts in Bangalore shall alone have the jurisdiction.
